Patrol of the Lane and more
Last week one morning I saw this little kitty and had to back up to get the snap. She just sat there looking sweet as if she was in charge of the lane. It made me smile. Hope it does you!
Jerry brought me this skeleton of a leaf. Only at its very tip is there green. Do you have any ideas? Did a small insect eat away all the green and left the skeleton?
While sitting out back the other evening Jerry spotted a "heart" in the trees. Nature at her best!
Went out Monday morning, early, to spot fawns. This one in the brush is the only one we saw. That is Jerry saw it. I couldn't see it anywhere. I aimed the camera and took two snaps before I saw it. Before I could focus and snap again, it turned and ran. If you look real close, there is another fawn in the brush on the left. About the same spot as the first one on the other side of the picture. Only a little brown is visible to identify it. Can you pick it out? I love surprises like that!
